Dinner, Shenandoah Forester Style

Thanks to Coffeemate who gave me the low-fat breaded chicken recipe… (look through the comments from a couple days back); I used refrigerated angel hair pasta, tossed with petite diced tomatoes with oregano and garlic. Glazed carrots finish the dish.

(Yeah, yeah. I know. I need to learn the finer art of plating so that it looks less cookie cutter. But…it was tasty, so I’m claiming flavour over show.)
